A minimum of 3 years experience in construction cleaning is required along with reliable transportation. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in residential & commercial construction clean.
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites with valid driver's license.
• Rotation on call for water emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound cleaning practices on remodeling and renovation job sites.
• Detailed cleaning of structures and content damaged by water, fire, smoke and mold.
• Assess, clean, sanitize & restore customer contents, including packing and photographing.
