Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Texas is seeking a versatile technician for full-time or part-time work. You will perform restoration and cleaning services across carpet, hard surfaces, air duct, exterior areas, and upholstery, as well as water, fire and smoke damage mitigation, board up and tarp over tasks, and related duties.

You will communicate with customers and document work as required. The position offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a path toward long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license, good driving record, and be able to pass in depth background and drug tests.
• IICRC or RIA certifications a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration & cleaning services the company offers including carpet, hard surface, air duct, exterior, and upholstery cleaning, water, fire, and smoke damage mitigation, board up and tarp over, etc.
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect completed work
• Complete technician’s daily log
• Complete Work Orders
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation
• Follow Rainbow uniform policy
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintain inventory of related supplies
