Job summary

DUCTZ is seeking hands-on technical professionals for duct cleaning, HVAC restoration, and dryer vent cleaning across residential and commercial sites. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Applicants should have 3 years of experience in a technical field, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, hold a valid driver's license and insurance, and be comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a technical hands-on field.
• Experience in HVAC, restoration, construction or other skilled trades is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Organized with good verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils.
• Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work. Apply antimicrobial coatings.
• Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service.
• Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure it meets DUCTZ quality standards.
• Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level.
• Properly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicle and other equipment.
