Job summary

Clean Response, Inc. is seeking Carpenters/Drywall/Painter Technicians to restore interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water. You will perform carpentry, drywall finishing, painting, cabinet and molding installation, and ensure work meets code requirements.

Applicants should own or be able to obtain their own tools, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work nights and weekends on on-call rotation, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills and ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read simple project plans and follow specifications.
• Must own or have the ability to obtain personal tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret client requests and provide mock-ups for client approval.
• Hang drywall, finish drywall, and apply textures.
• Paint walls and ceilings; select and apply finishes and sheens.
• Install cabinets, counters and molding.
• Follow code requirements for kitchens and baths in remodels.
• Move and protect contents; control dust and debris.
• Work nights and weekends on on-call rotation.
• Attend safety training and maintain equipment.
