Job summary

MOORING Disaster Restoration + Commercial Construction is seeking a dependable Restoration and Construction Specialist to lead field projects, oversee crew performance, and uphold safety and quality standards across New Mexico sites.

You will mobilize to loss sites, manage labor, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and guide daily site operations while coordinating with project managers to deliver timely results and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with manual and power tools and construction equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors and on weekends/nights/holidays.
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable following detailed oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize immediately to potential loss sites.
• Lead temporary labor teams with confidence and clarity.
• Enforce safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare job sites, tools, and materials daily; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Accurately track labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct quality checks and document progress.
• Collaborate with project managers and communicate challenges in real time.
• Follow all Mooring Safety policies and procedures.
• Utilize internal systems for time tracking and reporting.
