Fashion Nova Logistics is looking for dependable Flex Warehouse Associates – Restocker II in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will replenish inventory and ensure products are readily available for order fulfillment.

Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to move and replenish stock while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently in a high-volume environment, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory locations for order picking and fulfillment.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to move and replenish inventory.
• Transport and stage inventory while maintaining accuracy.
• Verify quantities, locations, and item information before replenishment.
• Inspect equipment and report safety concerns to leadership.
• Label and organize inventory for tracking and retrieval.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and accuracy targets.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and support 5S initiatives.
• Follow safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable, detail-orientedFlex Warehouse Associates – Restockers II to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will replenish inventory to ensure products are readily available for order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is motivated, works well in a high-volume warehouse environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. This position is ideal for individuals who can work independently, adapt to changing operational needs, and contribute to a productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Replenish inventory locations to ensure products are available for order picking and fulfillment.

Use RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems to accurately move and replenish inventory.

Transport and stage inventory in designated locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Verify product quantities, locations, and item information before replenishment.

Inspect equipment and report any damage or safety concerns to leadership.

Label and organize inventory to ensure accurate tracking and easy retrieval.

Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.

Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals.

Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on shift availability and business needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.

Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout assigned shifts.

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety requirements.
