Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Packing to join our high-volume distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will accurately pack customer orders, using RF scanners and warehouse systems, while following established procedures to ensure safe, on-time shipments.

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and Android devices.
• Follow established packing procedures and company standards for order fulfillment.
• Inspect packing equipment and workstations before use; report any damage or safety concerns.
• Assemble, line, pad, and seal cartons to protect products during shipment.
• Verify quantities, sizes, colors, and order accuracy before packing.
• Generate and apply shipping labels; complete required documentation.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; support 5S initiatives.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet daily goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
