Job Title: Restock/Receiving Lead

Status: Regular, Full-time

Shift: 2nd, 4p-12a

Reports to: Receiving Manager

Job Purpose

Our Restock/Receiving Lead will serve as a trainer and resource for questions and guidance within our Receiving Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work well with others, and promote teamwork.

Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties

Administrative:

• Responsible for scheduling receiving appointments based on department capacity.
• Record and track all ASNs, packing lists, and bills systematically for easy access and clarification.
• Verify that all inbound loads are complete and full.
• Maintain records of damages and short shipments to facilitate vendor claims.
• Audit purchase orders against packing lists received.
• Act as a liaison between Receiving and Merchandising to ensure compliance with shipping guidelines.
• Collaborate with Merchandising on priority inbound packages for immediate receipt.
• Assist receiving associates with shipment and PO issues as a resource.

Training and Leading:

• Train new and current associates on department procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to receiving team members, enforcing company policies.
• Be certified to train on motorized equipment within the Customer Fulfillment Center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment daily.
• Perform duties of receiving and restock associates as needed.
• Supervise bin stocking, product sorting, and counting to match invoices.
• Use hand-held inventory scanners daily; training will be provided.
• Potentially receive training on motorized equipment like order pickers and forklifts.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Require physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders safely.
• High attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
• Ability to distinguish between colors is necessary.
• Proven punctuality and minimal absenteeism are required.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old due to DOL regulations.
