Job Summary

As a Restaurants and Café Manager, you will oversee daily operations of a corporate dining account, manage and lead a team, handle client relations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the operation of the corporate cafeteria within budget to maximize value
  • Ensuring superior quality of food offered to clients, customers, and employees
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with staff, guests, clients, and other departments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings
  • Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
