Raising Cane's is seeking a Restaurant Zone Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture in management of a restaurant zone.

The role involves overseeing shift execution, directing crewmembers, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining safety protocols while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Manages assigned zone according to Raising Cane's operations and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during shifts and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Travel for work-related functions and training as needed.

Restaurant Zone ManagerYour Role at Raising Cane’s:The Restaurant Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in management responsibilities of one restaurant zone’s operations.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers.
