Job summary

Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in Lahaina, Hawaii, is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Restaurant Wait help team member to support food and beverage service in both our restaurant and poolside dining. This cross-functional role requires flexibility and versatility, with shifts based on operational needs.

As a Wait help, you will submit guest selections, present offerings, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant server, wait help, food runner, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able and willing to work in both restaurant and poolside service capacities.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• TB Testing clearance required

Restaurant Wait help colleagues are responsible for submitting guest menu selections, presenting food and beverage offerings, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service.
