McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support restaurant upkeep in a Pineville, LA area location. You will help unload deliveries, maintain equipment, and ensure clean, safe interior and exterior spaces.

The role includes regular safety checks and stock replenishment tasks, with training and tools provided by the restaurant. Successful candidates show a humble, hospitable demeanor, a willingness to learn, strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

This role is critical in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas
• Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock
• Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building

systems

Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage

standards of excellence
