Job summary

U.S. Pizza of Conway is hiring restaurant team members to welcome guests, take orders, prepare and serve menu items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

Team members may work full-time or part-time with flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, and report to a general manager or crew leader. Prior customer service experience is helpful, and a positive, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and stay on task.
• Comfort with handling cash and POS transactions.
• Willingness to multitask across serving, prep, and cleaning.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and food-handling rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food items per order.
• Handle payments using POS and give correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and prep spaces.
• Assist with seating guests and managing tables.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders.
