Role Overview

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions

1. Providing general customer service duties such as taking orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
2. Balancing cash registers and offering additional sales opportunities.
3. Preparing customer orders accurately and safely across various stations like sandwich making, fry, or grill stations.
4. Ensuring food safety standards are met using various methods and technologies.
5. Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
6. Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
