Role Overview

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions

1. Perform general customer service duties, including taking food orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
2. Balance cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
3. Prepare customer orders accurately and safely from various kitchen stations, such as sandwich making, fry, grill, etc.
4. Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety standards and deliver fresh, safe products.
5. Cross-train in other departments like Store Cashier, Kitchen, Maintenance, and leadership roles.
6. Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
