Role Overview

Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Job Functions

1. Perform general customer service duties, including taking orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
2. Balance cash register and identify additional sales opportunities.
3. Accurately prepare customer orders at various kitchen stations, such as sandwich, fry, or grill stations.
4. Ensure food safety standards are met using various methods and technologies.
5. Cross-train in other departments like Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
6. Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
