Job Title: Team Member at QDOBA

Are you energetic, hospitality-oriented, and love working with a fun team? If you enjoy interacting with customers and have a great personality, we want to talk to you about joining the QDOBA family! We are currently hiring energetic team members.

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper tools.
2. Restock front line with prepared products during peak times and in accordance with safety standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any issues with food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Work cooperatively with management and team members, acting as an ambassador for QDOBA.
7. Monitor and ensure the quality of products served.
8. Maintain professional personal appearance and hygiene standards.
9. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
11. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
12. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
13. Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
