Sonic Drive-In in Florida is seeking a Team/Crew Member to support daily restaurant operations, deliver friendly guest service, and help maintain product quality.

You will perform station duties (fountain, food prep, drive-thru if applicable), keep area clean, follow policies, and ensure regular attendance. You may report concerns to the MOD, assist with stocking, and handle other duties as assigned. Work hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/skills for general restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are needed.
• Ability to follow directions and execute tasks as assigned.
• Multi-tasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) as assigned to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease – pursuant to operational standards.
• Regular attendance.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
• Time/Shift Expectations: Irregular hours; nights; weekends; and holidays
