Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Jasper, AL is seeking a Team/Crew Member to perform basic operational duties and deliver quality service to guests. The role reports to the Manager on Duty (MOD) and requires adherence to policy, sanitation and attendance expectations.

Responsibilities include station duties across fountain, grill, food prep, drive-thru where applicable, and maintaining a clean, safe workstation. Flexible shifts and weekend coverage are expected in this nonexempt position.

Qualifications

• Experience in general restaurant or retail operations.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable) to meet operational standards.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and tools, wiping counters, sanitizing prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease.
• Maintain regular attendance.
