Pay Range: $13.50 - $15.50/hour

Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests, helping to maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions:

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a cooperative and respectful team player, maintaining good relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to ensure standards are met.
9. Maintain personal appearance according to company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
