Base pay range: $13.50/hr - $15.50/hr

Team Member Description

Responsibilities

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock front line with prepared products during peak hours and in accordance with safety standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
5. Work cooperatively with management and team members, representing QDOBA positively.
6. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain standards.
7. Ensure personal appearance and professionalism meet company standards.
8. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
9. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
10. Greet guests enthusiastically and serve according to recipes and guidelines.
11. Keep stations clean, organized, and restocked.
