Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve our guests. You will help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at all times.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a willing team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
7. Act as an ambassador for QDOBA.
8. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow all sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet all guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
