Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring restaurant cashiers to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume setting. You will take orders, handle payments, and prepare foods across multiple stations while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

No experience is required as training is provided; the role includes potential cross-training in other departments and physical requirements such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! We will teach you.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• General customer service duties including taking orders and answering menu questions.
• Balance a cash register and upsell items to customers.
• Prepare orders across stations: sandwich, fry, grill, or other as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area and follow food safety procedures.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier or Fresh Kitchen.
• Move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
