Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices and upsell when appropriate.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Perform duties across multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards).
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance on shifts.
