Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Team Member in Commack, NY, to deliver exceptional guest experiences while preparing menu items to exact standards and maintaining a clean, organized station. You will support orders, payments, and the Wonder app, while helping ensure accurate and timely service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role (6+ months).
• Ability to work with speed and accuracy, maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication and teamwork to deliver great guest experiences.
• Demonstrates knowledge of food safety and sanitation basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards and keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, manage temperatures and storage.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and app usage; support delivery operations.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas and restock as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to create a positive, high-energy environment.
