Responsibilities

• Busser duties: Cleans tables, maintains settings, sweeps floors, empties trash, and assists guests as needed; follows safety guidelines.
• Dishwasher duties: Washes dishes and keeps dish area stocked; unloads deliveries; cleans floors and restrooms as needed; maintains sanitation.
• Prep cook duties: Preps foods according to prep lists and producer directions; sanitizes station; follows recipe cards.
• Line cook duties: Maintains prep areas and cooking surfaces; reads orders; ensures quality and sanitation; restocks station; follows management requests.
