Responsibilities

• Food runner duties: Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Busser duties: Cleans tables, removes plates, and maintains dining room cleanliness and guest safety.
• Dishwasher duties: Washes dishes, restocks, and maintains a clean dish area and floors.
• Prep cook duties: Prepares foods per prep lists and recipes, cleans and sanitizes the station.
• Line cook duties: Maintains prep areas and cooking surfaces, reads orders, and keeps station tidy and safe.
