Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warm, caring service and great food. You will work across production, prep, service, and cashier areas while keeping guests greeted, meals assembled with care, and the dining area inviting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest comfort and joy.
• Friendly, reliable, punctual, and flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety training and/or certification (Food Handler's Card) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service across all bakery-cafe areas.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Move quickly to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking tasks and helping set up the next shift.
