Job summary

Papa John's is hiring a Restaurant Team Member in New Bern, NC. You will perform workstation duties to ensure our standards are met, including making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders with friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation duties: make quality products, prep ingredients, take orders, and provide friendly service by phone or in person.
• Work as part of a team, be on time for shifts, and complete closing duties including cleaning.
• Handle cash/credit transactions, support sales through suggestive selling, maintain clean and safe work areas.
