Panera Bread Lancaster is looking for Restaurant Team Members to join our warm, welcoming cafe team. You will help guests, take orders, prep and serve, and learn multiple roles across the kitchen and dining room.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work 12-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a great experience.
• Step in and support your manager and team.
• Learn positions such as cashier, baking, drive-thru (where applicable), salad & sandwich making, barista, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness.
• Maintain health & food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
