Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Lakeland, FL is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to handle orders, food prep, drinks and drive-thru duties when applicable. You will work across Fountain & Frozen, Grill, Fryer and general front-of-house tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible in all situations based on restaurant needs.
• Effective communication, basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to follow appearance and hygiene standards.
• General knowledge of food service or retail ops preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate change quickly.
• Providing food service to our guests with enthusiasm.
• Packaging menu items and checking quality and consistency.
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats.
• Preparing food orders, grilling, frying as needed.
• Cleaning the drive-in restaurant areas and washing dishes.
