Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) seeks Team Members to support daily restaurant operations. You will deliver friendly, personalized service and great food in a clean, inviting environment at our Mission, Texas location.

You will work closely with Managers and teammates to uphold standards, handle orders, payments, and customer issues with a positive attitude. Prior customer service is helpful; flexibility and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years
• 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law
• Flexible work availability
• Results oriented and customer focused
• Previous customer service work experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices and uses upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations and maintains punctual attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
• Collaborates with management to resolve issues.
