Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Team Member to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life in Media. The role blends food prep with hospitality, requiring a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and grow into Trainer or Supervisor roles. Benefits include meals, insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift and work weekends.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by state/local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Ensure accuracy: support meal-kit and delivery operations, maintain dispatch accuracy.
• Be a team player: support teammates, jump in where needed, and maintain a positive, high-energy environment.
