Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization and clear verbal communication; follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and organized.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion orders accurately, ensure correct orders.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and assist with dispatch accuracy.
