Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support food and beverage preparation, guest service, and a clean, safe workspace. You will follow brand standards and operate in a fast-paced environment, assisting guests and teammates alike.

Responsibilities include food prep, order assembly, drive-thru/front counter service, and maintaining equipment and stock areas with a strong guest focus.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including LT offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
