Job summary

Burger King is seeking a diligent Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service while assisting in everyday restaurant operations. This role supports Restaurant Managers and Shift Coordinators, interacting directly with guests and the field operations team to uphold standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, and exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
