Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support Dunkin’ operations. You will prepare food and beverages, follow brand standards and food-safety practices, and assist customers with their orders at the Drive Thru or front counter.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Answer guest questions about the menu and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
