Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations at our Dunkin’ themed location. You will assist in food and beverage preparation, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a HS diploma or GED, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Able to follow brand standards and recipes
• Strong guest-focused service approach

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Answer guest questions about the menu and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Stock items at the workstation
• Take orders at Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
