Job summary

Little Caesars in High Point, NC is seeking a Crew Member to join the restaurant team. You will perform duties that ensure high-quality products and satisfied customers in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves standing, lifting and long periods of physical activity, with scheduling based on business needs and no guaranteed hours. You will follow safety procedures and company policies while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and basic math skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serves customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
• Prepares high quality products consistently by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures as described in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program and as shown on the station job helpers.
• Displays the proper image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook and/or as directed by the management staff.
• Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image as outlined in the Little Caesars employee handbook.
• Practices safety and security procedures as defined in the Little Caesars Employee Handbook and recommended or required by government agencies.
• Follows Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management.
