**Overview**
A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' standards, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

**Responsibilities Include:**
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety standards
- Prepare and assemble food and beverages
- Understand and explain menu items, including promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and guest areas
- Take orders and handle payments at Drive Thru or Front Counter
- Ensure timely and accurate service
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Organize stock rooms and refrigerated areas
