• Delivers orders to guests and refills drinks as needed; assists guests with requests after service.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables, chairs and setting stations.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Supports prep and line cooks by organizing ingredients and restocking as needed.
• Performs other duties as requested by management to ensure smooth service.
