McAlister’s Deli franchise location is seeking team members to support dining room service and kitchen operations. The role encompasses food runner, busser, dishwasher, prep cook, and line cook duties, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and sanitation.

As part of a franchised McAlister’s Deli team, you will assist in delivering orders, maintaining clean dining areas, and supporting kitchen prep across shifts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Delivers orders to guests in the dining room and ensures they have what they need.
• Refill drinks and respond to guest requests after the food has been delivered.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning tables and chairs.
• Maintains table setting by removing plates as completed and being alert to guest spills or other special needs.
• Maintains dining room by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors and removing trash.
• Cleans up spills and ensures a clean dining environment.
• Unloads and stores deliveries as needed.
• Sweeps and mops floors and cleans up spills.
• Takes out the trash and rinses garbage cans.
• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Cleans and sanitizes station at beginning and end of shift.
• Maintains food preparation areas and adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
• Reads food orders and prepares orders quickly and accurately.
• Ensures prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Other duties as requested by management.
