Position Summary:

The line positions are crucial to the daily success of the restaurant. Our mission is to serve hearty and flavorful food, and it must be done right! The line is the front line of our operation, and standards must be exceeded to ensure we fulfill our mission.

Job Requirements:
  1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent menu and product knowledge.
  3. Responsible for preparing guest orders accurately.
  4. Effective communication with guests, handling questions and concerns professionally.
  5. Team player.
  6. Sincerely thank guests for their business.
  7. Participate in all Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
  8. Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
  9. Willing to perform other restaurant duties such as cashiering or cleaning as directed by management.
  10. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  11. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
