Qualifications

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.

• Cross-training in other departments may occur; leadership paths exist.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders and handle questions about menu items.
• Balance cash register and upsell when appropriate.
• Prepare orders across kitchen stations (sandwich, fry, grill).
• Ensure food safety standards are met throughout service.
• Support other departments as needed and potential leadership duties.
