What You Bring to the Table

As a BOH Team Member, you’ll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by:

  • Showcasing your culinary skills by prepping our famous dishes and cooking to order. No experience with a sauté pan? Don’t worry – we’ll provide the training you need!
  • Ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation in mind.
  • Developing and refining your culinary techniques through hands-on training.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations.
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude.
  • Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks.
  • Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
  • Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
  • Being at least 16 years old, making this an excellent opportunity for teens or anyone eager to gain new skills.
