LV Petroleum LLC, in partnership with Dunkin, seeks a Dunkin' Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and accurate order taking. You will prepare beverages and food per Dunkin's standards, handle cash at the POS, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role emphasizes reliability, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a collaborative team environment to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality beverages and food items according to Dunkin's standards and recipes.
• Manage cash transactions through the point-of-sale system, providing change and receipts as necessary.

In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and beverage experience every time they visit.
