Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC partners with Dunkin' to staff a Dunkin' Team Member (Closing) who will deliver a high-quality guest experience. You will take orders, prepare beverages and foods, manage cash at the register, and keep the dining and prep areas clean and organized.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with walk-in interviews available in the travel center in Holstein, IA. Prior food-service or retail exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or retail preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and deliver beverages and food per Dunkin standards.

Job Title: Dunkin' Team Member (Closing)

LV Petroleum is thrilled to partner with Dunkin' to bring delicious coffee and baked goods to our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Dunkin' Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining and beverage experience every time they visit.

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 2010 INDORF AVE, HOLSTEIN, IA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking their orders accurately
• Prepare and deliver high-quality beverages and food items according to Dunkin's standards and recipes
• Manage cash transactions through the point-of-sale system, providing change and receipts as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, dining room, and kitchen while adhering to safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages to management
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures to contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and staff alike

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, but not required
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling cash and electronic payment transactions accurately
• Dependable, responsible, and flexible with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus but can be taught during training
