Team Member Description

Position Summary: As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Pay Range: $14.70 - $16.70/hour

Job Functions

• Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes and proper portioning.
• Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times.
• Adhere to food safety standards and report questionable practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Work cooperatively with management and team members.
• Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
• Monitor and ensure product quality.
• Maintain professional appearance and display company standards.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and serve according to guidelines.
• Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
