About The Job

As a Team Member, you will ensure that all orders are prepared quickly and accurately while maintaining the highest food safety and guest service standards. We're hiring for all roles, including Cooks, Prep Cooks, Guest Service, and Drive-Thru.

Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests and answer questions in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Interact professionally with Team Members and Guests, helping them with changes and last-minute requests as needed.
3. Take orders, assemble orders, and deliver to guests quickly and accurately according to specifications.
4. Prepare and cook orders according to recipe and guest specifications, using fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Stock and maintain workstations with necessary supplies.
7. Receive, store, and rotate food and beverage products, paper goods, and cleaning supplies.
8. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
9. Ensure all orders are prepared according to the tickets with any special instructions completed. Adhere to ticket time standards and expectations.
10. Ensure the food presentation meets standards and expectations. Verify all accompanying extras, such as sauces, are correct according to the order specifications.

Skills & Experience Needed
