Shake Shack is seeking team members in Schaumburg, IL to deliver warm, authentic hospitality while preparing and assembling food to Shake Shack standards. You will rotate through stations, ensuring food safety and consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

Available shifts may include mornings and openings. The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement as part of our ShackFam culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Adaptability to various roles within the restaurant.
• Consistently demonstrates integrity by doing the right thing and taking accountability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 16 years or older.
